Riff Raff Baby “Big Bestie Giveaway” – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd (ABN [28619798613]), 1 Tinning Street, Brunswick, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotional Period

• The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST Wednesday 2 October 2025 to 11:59pm AEST Thursday 9 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
• Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

1. To enter, eligible participants must purchase any Big Bestie Weighted Teddy from the Promoter’s website (www.au.riffraffbaby.com) during the Promotional Period.
2. Each eligible purchase equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry is based on a separate purchase transaction.
3. Any cancelled, refunded, or chargeback transactions will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

• The prize is one (1) iPhone Air (latest available model at time of draw). Winner may choose their preferred colour, subject to availability.
• Total prize value is up to AUD $1,799.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or store credit.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random on Friday 10 October 2025 at the Promoter’s office.
• The winner will be notified via the email address used to complete their purchase within 24 hours of the draw.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond in time, they forfeit the prize and a new winner may be drawn.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and purchase before awarding the prize.

7. Delivery of Prize

• The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address within Australia at no cost.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for any damage or loss occurring during transit once dispatched.

8. General Conditions

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, engages in fraudulent conduct, or acts in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
• The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name and suburb for reasonable publicity purposes, including announcements on the Promoter’s website and social media channels, without further compensation.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://au.riffraffbaby.com/pages/policies).
• Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
