Riff Raff Baby Ambassador Program - Terms & Conditions

The Riff Raff Baby Ambassador Program is a curated brand partnership initiative designed to showcase genuine experiences from families who love our products. To ensure the integrity, safety, and reputation of our brand, the following terms apply to all individuals accepted into the Program.

These terms are publicly visible to provide transparency to our community and outline the expectations and responsibilities of those who represent Riff Raff Baby online and offline.

1. Overview

By participating in the Riff Raff Baby Ambassador Program ("Program"), ambassadors agree to represent the brand in a manner that aligns with our values, safety standards, and legal obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Riff Raff Baby reserves the right to remove or disassociate from any ambassador who does not comply with these terms.

2. Public Association with Riff Raff Baby 

  • Ambassadors will be publicly announced and linked to the brand from the official Program start date only.
  • Any content, tags, or public declarations associating with Riff Raff Baby prior to this date must be approved in writing.

  • Riff Raff reserves the right to delay or cancel public association if conduct, content, or communication is deemed misaligned with our brand values.

3. Content Standards & Safety Requirements

To protect the well-being of children and the integrity of our products:

  • Misleading or unsubstantiated claims (e.g., medical, therapeutic) are strictly prohibited.

  • Content must not include:
    • Unsafe environments or improper use of products
    • Offensive, explicit, discriminatory, or inflammatory language
    • Visual misrepresentation of product function or size through filters or distortion
  • Ambassadors must complete a short training session that covers ACL guidelines, safe imagery standards, and content compliance before posting.

4. Brand Conduct & Representation

Ambassadors are expected to:

  • Act respectfully, professionally, and in a way that aligns with Riff Raff Baby’s values and tone
  • Disclose any gifted items or affiliate partnerships in accordance with ACL (e.g. #gifted, #ad, “Riff Raff Partner”)
  • Refrain from working with, promoting, or publicly aligning with competing sleep toy brands for the duration of the Program
  • Inform Riff Raff Baby if approached by a competitor, influencer agency, or other brand during the Program

Any conduct deemed harmful, misleading, or offensive - whether related to Riff Raff Baby or otherwise - may result in termination from the Program and revocation of any public association.

5. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

  • Riff Raff Baby reserves the right to repost, repurpose, or promote any ambassador content submitted or tagged, across social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Once submitted or tagged, content may be edited for formatting or clarity but will not be manipulated in a way that misrepresents the ambassador’s message.
  • Riff Raff Baby may remove or decline to use submitted content that does not meet brand standards.

6. Affiliate Terms & Reward Conditions

  • Rewards and affiliate commissions are only issued for tracked, eligible purchases made through the ambassador’s unique link, after a 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or ineligible transactions will not be rewarded.
  • Rewards are not backdated for past purchases made outside of the affiliate tracking system.

7. Use of Riff Raff Name in Promotions

Ambassadors must not:

  • Host giveaways, competitions, or paid ads featuring Riff Raff Baby products or brand assets without written approval
  • Share their affiliate code or link on public deal or coupon websites
  • Use bots, automation, or artificial engagement to inflate performance metrics

8. Removal & Disassociation

Riff Raff Baby reserves the right to remove ambassadors from the Program and disassociate publicly without notice if:

  • Content or conduct breaches these Terms
  • Unsafe or inappropriate content is posted
  • The ambassador does not complete mandatory training or meet content requirements
  • Riff Raff Baby deems the association no longer aligns with our brand or community expectations

We also reserve the right to request the removal of any content that does not meet brand, legal, or safety standards - even after publication.

9. Transparency & Community Trust

Riff Raff Baby is committed to transparency, compliance, and child safety. These Terms exist to protect our customers, ambassadors, and brand reputation. Our ambassadors play an important role in shaping the Riff Raff community and we thank you for helping us keep it safe, respectful, and genuine.
