Join as an Advocate: Share the love for Riff Raff Baby by referring your friends ("Referrals") using a unique referral link available here.
Make Eligible Referrals: Ensure your Referrals make a purchase of A$60 or more to qualify for rewards.
Qualifying Purchases: The first purchase made by your Referral as a new customer through your unique link will count towards your rewards.
For Your Friends: They get a 10% discount on their first order when they use your referral link.
For You: You will receive a Riff Raff Rare Toy for every 5 successful referrals, up to a maximum of 2 rewards per advocate.
The goal of the program is to introduce new customers to Riff Raff Baby. As such, only purchases made by new customers qualify as referrals.
Share Wisely: Referral links should not appear on commercial sites (e.g., coupon sites, eBay) or be used for spamming.
Eligibility: Returns, refunds, or canceled orders do not qualify.
Monitoring: Transactions via your referral link undergo a 8-day monitoring period for eligibility and fraud prevention.
Notification: You’ll be informed via email about potential reward eligibility following a purchase through your link.
Privacy: Participation means you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Personal Use: The program is strictly for personal and non-commercial use.
Compliance: Ensure you're familiar with the program details. Riff Raff Baby reserves the right to address fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Eligibility Restrictions: Subsequent purchases by the same person do not qualify for further rewards.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program or its terms at any time. It is the responsibility of advocates to regularly check our website for updates.

To join as an advocate, simply register here and share your unique referral link with your friends to start earning rewards.
An eligible referral is a new customer, referred by you, who has a unique name and email address in our system and makes a purchase of A$60.00 or more through your unique referral link. Please note that the A$60.00 threshold does not include postage costs.
Once the purchases from your 5 referrals have been confirmed and the cooling-off period for your final referral is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to contact our Customer Service team to redeem your Riff Raff Rare Toy. This toy will be delivered to you with free standard shipping and free personalisation, if desired.
You can track your rewards and see the status of your referrals by visiting your account dashboard. Click here to access your rewards tracking page.
You will be notified via email about your potential reward eligibility following a qualifying purchase made through your referral link. Once you reach 5 and 10 referrals, you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your rewards.

When using your referral link, only the first purchase made by the same person will be counted as a successful referral. Any subsequent purchases made through the same referral link by the same individual will not be eligible for additional referral benefits.
Sorry, our referral program is only available for referring new customers. Someone who has previously made a purchase at our store, regardless of how long ago, would not qualify as a new referral.

While there is no limit to the number of people you can refer, please note that only upon reaching 5 and 10 successful referrals will you qualify for rewards. You are encouraged to continue referring beyond these numbers, but rewards are currently capped at these two levels.
No, rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. If you're interested in exchanging your reward for a different regular toy, please email our customer service team to enquire. Please note that exchange for other rare toys is not available.
